We
invite you to a short lesson in anatomy.
We think that you will find it
rather useful, so, read carefully.
The penis, the male organ of
copulation, is partly inside and partly outside the body. The human
penis is anatomically divided into two continuous areas - the body, or
external portion, and the root, or internal portion. The body of the
penis, sometimes referred to as the shaft, is cylindrical in shape when
flaccid but when erect is somewhat triangular in cross section, with the
angles rounded. The root of the penis begins directly below the
bulbourethral glands with a long cylindrical body of tissue known as the
corpus spongiosum (or corpus cavernosum urethrae). This tissue extends
through the body of the penis to the tip, where it expands into a
mushroom-shaped structure called the glans penis. Running through the
center of the corpus spongiosum is the urethra, a common passage for
semen and urine; the urethra ends in a slit-like opening at the tip of
the glans penis. Beginning alongside of the bulbourethral glands is a
pair of long cylindrical bodies called the corpora cavernosa penis.
These continue through the body of the penis, occupying the sides and
upper portion directly above the corpus spongiosum; they terminate
immediately before the glans penis.
The
base of the glans has a projecting margin, the corona, and the groove
where the corona overhangs the corpora cavernosa is referred to as the
neck of the penis. The corpora cavernosa consist of empty spaces divided
by partitions of tissue. The tissue consists of muscle, collagen (a
fibrous protein), and elastic fiber. The corpora cavernosa are termed
erectile tissue, because during sexual excitation, their fibrous tissue
is expanded by blood that flows into and fills their empty spaces.
The
blood is temporarily trapped in the penis by the constriction of blood
vessels that would normally allow it to flow out. The penis becomes
enlarged, hardened, and erect as a result of this increased blood
pressure. The corpus spongiosum is also considered erectile tissue. This
area, however, does not become as enlarged as the other two during
erection, for it contains more fibrous tissue and less space; unlike the
corpora cavernosa, the corpus spongiosum has a constant blood flow
during erection.
A circular layer of elastic tissue encloses the corpora
cavernosa and corpus spongiosum. A thin layer of skin in turn covers
this circular layer of tissue. The skin, which is slightly darker in
colour than the rest of the body, is loose and folded while the penis is
in a flaccid state. At the beginning of the glans penis, a circular fold
of skin, commonly called the foreskin (or prepuce), extends forward to
cover the glans.
A median fold, the frenulum of the prepuce, passes to
the under surface of the glans to reach a point just behind the urethral
opening. The prepuce can usually be readily drawn back to expose the
glans.

The
Physiology Of An Erection
The
creation of an erection is an extreme cascade of events that requires
many different things to happen. There are numerous chemical
transmitters involved in this including epinephrine, norepinephrine,
acetylcholine, prostaglandin's and nitric oxide.
An erection occurs when
the nervous system activates a rapid increase in blood flow. Numerous
sexual stimuli are processed by the brain and transmitted to the penis
via the nervous system. Internally, the penis has three long masses of
cylindrical tissue, known as erectile tissue, that are bound together by
fibrous tissue. All three masses are sponge-like; they contain large
spaces between loose networks of tissue. When the penis is in a flaccid,
or resting, state, the spaces are collapsed and the tissue is condensed.
During erection, blood flows into the spaces, causing distention and
elevation of the penis. The amount of blood entering the penis can be
increased by physical or psychological stimulation. As blood enters,
there is a temporary reduction in the rate and volume of blood leaving
the penis. The arteries carrying blood to the penis dilate; this, in
turn, causes tissue expansion.
The veins leading from the penis have
funnel-shaped valves that reduce the outflow of blood. As the erectile
tissue begins to enlarge, the additional pressure causes the veins to be
squeezed against the surrounding fibrous tissue, and this further
diminishes the outflow of blood. Essentially, blood becomes temporarily
trapped in the organ.
STEPS
BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
1.
Cut Your Pubic Hair
Not only does this make your penis look bigger, but it helps when you're
doing some of these exercises. When stretching, pulling and
"milking" your penis, you don't want to be pulling your hairs
out!
2.
Measure Your Penis
Measure yourself before you start this program. You'd be amazed how many
guys measure carelessly, then can't believe their original measurements
once their penis starts getting larger. Just do it BEFORE you start!
Dont skimp or round up any numbers, just measure average length and
girth limp as well as erect. It's a good idea to measure where your
penis is lengthwise as well as girthwise before you start our Penis
Development Program, that way you'll get true and accurate measurements
once you begin to grow. No doubt you'll see the changes and increases in
size with your eyes, but it's also nice to measure before you begin the
Program, just so you get a sense of how much you've really accomplished.
3.
Have a Healthy Diet
In order to eliminate any possibility of slow growth, make sure you're
getting an ample amount of nutrients. The proper levels of minerals,
amino acids, and vitamins DO have an effect on the workout process.
Also, drink lots of water!
On
a related note, if you're a little overweight, make an effort to take
those extra pounds off. Fat gathers around the base of the penis in a
mound on the pubic bone. For every 35 pounds of extra weight you're
carrying, you lose about one inch of penis length.
4.
Believe In Yourself
Your mentality has a lot to do with the growth of your penis. If you
don't believe that enlargement will work, it's very likely that your
subconscious will make it more difficult to physically grow the penis. A
positive attitude is essential.
5.
Be Persistent
As we've said, these exercises demand COMPLETE 100% devotion. You MUST
perform them 5 DAYS A WEEK. If at any time, though, you begin to feel
discomfort or pain, take a little time off. You only want to enlarge
your penis, not hurt it.

1.
Flaccid
Get
a ruler and place it over your penis. Then Push the ruler back into your
abdomen as far as it will go. Hold your limp penis along the ruler and
measure to the tip of the head.
2.
Erect
Standing
with knees locked, grab your penis from the bottom, just behind the head
on either side. Press ruler against your pubic bone, and measure on top
of penis as you pull it out as far as you can. Try moving your pelvis,
changing the angle, etc., to see what variations can occur during this
type of measurement. Once you've figured how to measure to get the same
result as your erect length, you will find this measurement easier and
more convenient than measuring your actual erection.
3.
Girth
Girth
is the distance AROUND your penis. With a measuring tape, measure the
circumference of your erect penis at mid-shaft, or halfway down the
length of your penis.
Your Penis Naturally
First
of all, it's important to become acquainted with the exact nature of the
penis. The penis is not made up of muscular tissue; it is therefore
useless to try to train it as if it were a muscle. Its structure is
better compared with that of a sponge.
We're
going to cover several methods for making your penis grow bigger, but
first, we have to define a sort of a "standard."
Be fore you
start, you should know where you are on the scale. There have been a few
scientific studies regarding the size of the average penis, and how big
is "Big."
In
his book "Clinical Sexology", the Englishman Trimmer points
out that, as a result of some anthropological researches, the medium
length of the penis is represented by sizes between 2.8 and 4.5 inches
at rest and between 4.7 and 8.3 inches in erection. Regarding its
circumference, the medium size is between 3.3 and 4.1 inches at rest and
between 3.3 and 4.7 inches in erection. Wardel Pomeroy, a famous
sexologist stated that during his long activity he had seen different
kinds of penises, having different shapes and whose length was between
two extremes: the biggest penis was 9.85 inches long in erection and the
smallest was only 0.98 inches long.
Classification
Of The Penis
The main oriental treaties on sexology - The Kama Sutra and Ananga Ranga,
also offer a classification of men regarding the size of their member,
in the poetical Indian style:
1. The stallion man: 7 - 10 inches in erection
2. The bull man: 6 - 7 inches in erection
3. The rabbit man: 5 - 6 inches in erection
Taking
this into consideration, it is rather difficult to define a precise
"standard" and, therefore everyone has the possibility to
appreciate on his own if he is satisfied or not with his size. Before
drawing any conclusion, ask the opinion of your lover. Don't forget that
for your lover, your skill in lovemaking matters almost as much as the
size of your organ.
General
View On Penis Enlargement Techniques
There are a number of techniques for increasing the length and thickness
of your penis:
Elongation
Techniques
Elongation
techniques, such as stretching exercises or weights, can allow a
considerable increase in the length of your penis, but they don't
influence the diameter. From the point of view of satisfying your lover,
it has been proven that often it's not the length that matters the most,
but the diameter.
A lover with with a thick cock is every woman's dream!
The larger diameter will provide a larger surface of contact with the
walls of the vagina, and provide friction against the clitoris. It's
this contact that determines the intensity of the sensations felt by the
woman during lovemaking.
Toning
Techniques
Unlike
the techniques for increasing the length of your penis (elongation
techniques), the techniques for toning up your penis don't aim at simply
an increase in penis length. The aim of these methods, is to make your
penis strong. The results appear less quickly than elongation, but they
have the advantage of increasing the size of the penis both in length
and diameter. Penis
pumps, a mechanical method, fall into this category.
We
haven't found any negative impact on the quality of the erection as a
result of using toning techniques. Based on reports from readers like
you, we've arrived at the following conclusions: Properly practiced
toning techniques such as pumping, "Jelqing"
and Pc
exercises result in a firm, ascending erection.
Elongation techniques, on the other hand, can end up causing a
descending erection if they're used excessively.
Biochemical
Techniques
Research
into the effects of herbs and minerals has led to the discovery of the
power of natural supplements as both aphrodisiacs and vessel-dilating
agents. Using supplements like Vig-Rx, Optimum, Extend or Enzyte along
with the exercises that we feature on this site has proven to be a very
effective means for many of our readers to achieve the results they're
looking for.

Before you start any exercise program, you
should have a good sense of where you're at BEFORE you begin exercising.
This means taking accurate measurements, not cheating or rounding any
numbers up.
The more accurate you are when you measure your penis
initially the more you'll notice the differences when you begin to grow.
We've included a chart system that you may find useful, you can always
create your own, but we have created one that you can use to keep track
of your progress with ease. Below is an example chart that you can use
to keep track of your progress. Notice that it is only in one week
increments.
It's best to only measure your penis once every week, that
way you won't become easily discouraged. Just as with any other body
part, the size can actually change slightly from day to day, so you
should only take a measurement once a week. This way you'll be able to
see your gains from the week before, and the gains will be more apparent
as opposed to measuring your penis every day. As the chart below shows,
be sure to measure your penis in its erect and flaccid (limp) state, as
well as the girth.

Lubrication
When performing the jelqing exercise, you will need to apply a lubricant on your penis. Do NOT use soap or shampoo! These can irritate the skin when applied so vigorously and for so long to the skin. It can also dry out the skin severely, causing it to crack and peel for a few days.
Furthermore, it can sting if it gets into the hole (the urethral opening) at the end of your penis. Vaseline (Petrolium jelly) works, but.. be forewarned.. it's greasy and makes a mess. Another downside is that Vaseline is so thick, it may not allow you to move your hand as fast as you'd
like. Baby Oil also works, but it is also very messy and leaves stains. One of your best bets is using Vaseline Intensive Care. It cleans up fairly easily, is slippery, it lasts long, and lets you go as fast as you want when performing the exercises.
Safety
While Exercising
Be aware of when and when not to engage in penis enlargement. You should consult a urologist if you have a disease which may alter blood circulation, oxygenation, and regeneration of tissues which exists under the conditions of advanced diabetes, respiratory instability, and cirrhosis. As you're doing your workout, here are some symptoms to be aware of:
Blisters are a result of too much pressure on the penis for a prolonged period of time. You want pressure, but don't overdo it!
Red sores are a result of too much stretch. In order to avoid this, hold off on your exercises until the blisters have disappeared.
Nerve inflammation is caused by using too much weight, too often, for too long of a period. This will distort the nerves within the penis and cause them too swell. If the swelling continues, then atrophy
might occur. This means you won't be able to get an erection again.
"Fuzzy skin" is a result of tissue abuse. When you touch this affected area you can actually feel its fuzziness because it's directly external. This is the partially dead tissue covering your penis. This can happen when too much tension is applied. Red sores sometimes accompany fuzzy skin.
That being said, the exercises we're about to discuss are all healthy natural ways to produce penis growth. Just use good sense when performing them. We offer a recommended Daily Workout which should be performed 5 days a week, but if at any time you begin to feel real pain or discomfort, ease up!
