Stop Premature Ejaculation


First of all, it should be noted that one man in 3 ejaculates quicker than he wants to, and that the vast majority of men sometimes ejaculate too quickly. So if this happens to you, you're hardly alone. A penis no matter how big or hard is of very little use to anyone if you have no control over it. This can be a great insecurity to a man's sexual self-image and cause much frustration to his sexual partner as well. Now we will learn some techniques to help end this problem forever!

 

What are the causes of premature ejaculation?

It seems logical that our prehistoric male ancestors were all rapid ejaculators. The Homo Erectus who could couple quickly with his mate and rapidly reach ejaculation was then free to deal with enemy tribesman and predatory sabre-toothed tigers. The slowpoke got clubbed or eaten. Therefore, only rapid ejaculators survived long enough to sire descendants. Thus, if speed of ejaculation were hereditary, we all should have fast ejaculatory reflexes.

Obviously, the above theory cannot be proven; however, it does contain an element of truth. It is probably "natural" for healthy males to ejaculate quickly. Lasting longer serves no genetic function that we know of.

Lasting is a learned behavior, like learning to dance. It can prolong and intensify pleasure for a man. Also, many women like to experience orgasm - or have been socially conditioned to enjoy orgasm - when the erect penis is inside them. To reach orgasm this way often requires periods of more or less continuous stimulation by the penis.

Premature ejaculation is sometimes also caused or aggravated psychological factors such as guilt, fear, and performance anxiety.

The first thing a male must hold in mind is that good sex is unhurried sex. The longer he spends in foreplay prior to his first orgasm, the stronger and more enjoyable that first orgasm will be. The compacting of blood in the sex organs builds slowly, inflating the tissues and sensitizing the millions of nerve endings in and around the genitals.

Think of an orgasm like a balloon: the longer you blow air into it, the bigger it gets and the louder the bang when it pops.

Orgasm consists of two stages. One begins with the prostate gland, which encircles the urethra like a tiny donut above the base of the penis, contracts and releases its fluids, along with the contents of the seminal vesicle, into the urethra. To most males this feels like you are going to start a good sneeze, but it's too late to stop. Stage two is similar to the sneeze itself. The pelvic muscle contract strongly around the bulb, forcing the fluid out under considerable pressure. Orgasm is what a man feels when all this is happening. He has probably learned for himself that it is possible to ejaculate without having an orgasm, but he may not yet realize that he can also have an orgasm without ejaculating. That's exactly what you want to learn to do.

The average male in his twenties takes less than three minutes from the time of insertion until he comes. This cheats him of a lot of fun and satisfaction and doubly cheats his unfortunate partner. The average female requires about 10 minutes of sexual stimulation before she reaches orgasm.

 

Identify your Point of No Return (PONR)

Before you can control your ejaculation you must be able to recognize when it is that you are going to ejaculate or, as we will call it the point of ejaculatory inevitability or the point of no return (PONR). In order do this you have to do some exercises so that you will be able to identify your PONR.

You will want to take about 30 min. to do this. You should do this alone and without any added stimulation. You should pay attention to every nuance and subtle feeling that you will feel. Start with a limp penis and begin stroking until you are hard. Notice all of the feelings you feel along the way to your PONR. Give each level of excitement a number between 1-10, 1.5, 3.5, 9.5, etc.(1 being lowest or semi-hard and 10 highest and the PONR) along the way to your PONR. Try to stay at each level for about 2-3 min. 

Then move to the next. Notice what it is that moves you to the next level (the speed of your stroking, the tightness of your grip, what you are thinking etc|). Move slowly to each higher level as to not get carried away and ejaculate with out finding your PONR. When you get to a level about 9-9.5 pay real close attention to what you are feeling. You should start to feel the semen moving from the testicles and collecting in the prostate gland at the base of the penis. If possible stop and take a deep breath and feel everything. If you can't stop then you have passed your PONR. See how close you can get, then let your self ejaculate and enjoy it! Now that you have identified your PONR and you can tell when you are approaching your PONR all you need is to learn how to slow your path to orgasm which we will cover in the next sections.

 

What exactly is premature ejaculation?

Ejaculation that occurs prior to when a man wishes or too quickly during intercourse to satisfy the partner. When most males ejaculate they tend to quickly lose a usable erection for the simple reason that their discharge has temporarily released a state of elevated sexual tension.

 

THE EXERCISES

 

Tantric Massage

The Sanskrit word for the male sexual organ is Lingam (pronounced ling-ahm, [ling rhymes with sing]) and is loosely translated as "Wand of Light." Its meaning is different in intention from the typical Western view of the penis (ie. cock, prick, dong, dick etc., words that may come from a limited perspective, depending on the intent of their usage). In Tantra/Sacred Sexuality, the Lingam is respectfully viewed and honored, a "Wand of Light" that channels creative energy and pleasure.

The purpose of the Lingam Massage is to create a space for the receiver to relax and receive expanded pleasure from his Lingam. His partner (the giver) experiences the joy of facilitating and witnessing the man surrendering to his softer, gentler side. The Lingam Massage can be used as a form of safer sex (when latex gloves are used) and is an excellent process to build trust and intimacy. It is often used to help men heal from negative sexual conditioning and trauma.

Orgasm is not the goal of the Lingam massage although it is often a pleasant and welcome side effect. The goal is to massage the Lingam, also including testicles, perineum and Sacred Spot (the equivalent to the female G-spot), and allow the man to surrender to a form of pleasure he may not be used to. From this perspective both receiver and giver relax into the massage.

Men need to learn to relax and receive. Traditional sexual conditioning has the man in a doing and goal oriented mode. The Lingam Massage allows the man to experience his softer, more receptive side and experience pleasure from a non-traditional perspective.

 

Preparation

Take a relaxing bath or shower. Take your time and breathe deeply. Conscious, relaxed breathing will take you out of your mental process and will get you more into your feelings. Relax your belly and let go of the tension that most of us hold there.

Go to the bathroom before beginning the massage. The best results occur when the bowels and bladder are empty.

Let go of your thoughts and connect with your partner through hugging, holding, eye gazing (looking into each other's eyes for an extended time), bringing both of you to a place of relaxation and trust.

 

Procedure

Have the receiver lie on his back with pillows under his head so he can look up at his partner (giver). Place a pillow, covered with a towel, under his hips. His legs are to be spread apart with the knees slightly bent (pillows or cushions under the knees will also help) and his genitals clearly exposed for the massage.

The giver sits cross-legged between the receivers' legs.

Before contacting the body, begin with deep, relaxed breathing. Gently massage the legs, abdomen, thighs, chest, nipples, etc., to get the receiver to relax. Remind the receiver to breathe deeply and to sink deeper into relaxation.

Pour a small quantity of a high-quality oil (or water-based lubricant when using latex gloves) on the shaft of the Lingam and testicles. Begin gently massaging the testicles, taking care to not cause pain in this sensitive area. Massage the scrotum gently, causing it to relax. Massage the area above the Lingam, on the pubic bone. Massage the Perineum, the area between the testicles and anus. Take your time. You are giving a massage to an often neglected area of the body.

Massage the shaft of the Lingam. Vary the speed and pressure. Gently squeeze the Lingam at the base with your right hand, pull UP and slide off and then alternate with your left hand. Take your time doing this, right, left, right, left, etc. Then, change the direction by starting the squeeze at the head of the Lingam/penis and then sliding DOWN and off. Again, alternate with right and left hands.

Massage the head of the Lingam as if you are using an orange juicer. Massage all around the head and shaft. In Tantra there are many nerve endings on the Lingam that correspond to other parts of the body. It is said many ailments can be cured by receiving a good Lingam Massage.

NOTE: The Lingam may or may not go soft as you perform this technique. Do not worry if it doesn't get hard again. You will probably find that it will get hard, then go soft, get hard again, etc., which is a highly desirable Tantric experience, like riding a wave, bobbing up and down. Hardness and softness are two ends of the pleasure spectrum.

If it appears that the receiver is going to ejaculate, back off, allowing the Lingam to soften a little before resuming the massage. Do this several times, coming close to ejaculation, and then backing off. Remember, the goal is not orgasm in and of itself. Men can learn the art of ejaculatory mastery and control by coming close to ejaculation and then backing off on the stimulation. Deep breathing is key here and will soften the urge to ejaculate. Eventually ejaculatory mastery will allow you to make love as long as you want and you can become multi-orgasmic without losing a drop of semen. Orgasm and ejaculation are two different responses that you can learn to separate. The result is a very expanded sex life.

Find and massage the male Sacred Spot. There are two ways to do this.

One is by finding the spot midway between the testicles and anus. There is a small indentation about the size of a pea or maybe larger. Be gentle and push inward. He will feel the pressure deep inside and it may be intensely painful at first. Eventually, as this area is worked on and softened, he will be able to expand his orgasms and master ejaculatory control. You can massage his Lingam with your right hand and massage his Sacred Spot with your left hand. Try pushing in on this spot when he nears ejaculation. It is aptly named the Million Dollar Point in Taoism.

The other way to access the Sacred Spot is through the anus. Many men, especially heterosexual men, are uncomfortable at first as a result of negative sexual conditioning. Be careful here and use lubrication. The key is to go slow and be very gentle. Make sure he is breathing as you slip a finger from your left hand into the anus about an inch or so. Then crook the finger back in a "come here" gesture. You will feel the prostate gland. Vary the pressure and speed of massage. He may want stimulation of the Lingam as you massage the Sacred Spot. Back off on the Lingam as he approaches orgasm and increase the pressure on the Sacred Spot.

Sometimes the man may have strong emotions come up during access to the Sacred Spot. He may cry and remember a traumatic event from his past. You, the giver, are in a place of trust and intimacy. Allow him to feel his emotions and be very loving, not trying to console or fix him, just let him feel whatever he needs to. Encourage him to scream, cry, moan, sob, if it feels appropriate. Be the best friend and healer he could have in that moment.

 

Ending the Massage

If he chooses to let go and ejaculate, encourage him to breathe deeply during the orgasm. It will blow his mind, especially if he has come close and held back at least SIX times before ejaculating. Holding back six times charges up the sexual battery with tremendous energy. It is then his choice as to where he wants to send this energy -- out with the ejaculate (the prevailing paradigm) or inward for other uses (men who master ejaculation are able to channel this energy into other areas of their being).

When he feels complete with the massage gently remove your hands and allow him to lie there quietly. You may want to snuggle up together or you can leave the room and let him drift off into a meditative state. Allow him to fully experience his childlike innocence and magnificent male beauty.

 

The Testicular Massage

The Testicular Massage will leave your entire genital area feeling vibrant and alive! But more importantly, it's a testicular massage for all around better health and fitness for your testicles. The benefits of this exercise are: better blood flow and circulation. In addition, you get these beneficial "side-effects" from this exercise: Stronger erections! Stronger ejaculations! Larger testicles from the increased blood flow and resulting better health to your testicles! Higher sperm count and increased sex-drive - at any age!!! This is really a stand-alone exercise.

1. Begin by gently stretching the skin around your testicles. Do this by very gently pulling on each of your testicles - one in each hand - until you feel a very slight amount of discomfort in the pit of your stomach.

2. Slowly release once you've reached this mild level of discomfort.

3. Repeat this stretch 15-20 times.

4. Lean back and begin a rather aggressive, deep massage of the erectile tissue that runs under your testicles and down towards your anus. I recommend the use of both hands and rubbing in a circular fashion.

5. Continue an aggressive massage on the inner thighs way up close to the testicles and actually have the massage reach deep under the testicles until you feel your hands (one on each inner thigh) touching.

6. Continue the aggressive massaging up around the pubic bone deep down and around the erectile tissue of the penis.

7. Continue this massaging for a period of 10 minutes, making sure to spend equal time in all areas of the massage covered above.

8. Upon completion of your 10 minute rub down apply a generous amount of lubricant to your TESTICLES and surrounding area. No need to lubricate your penis for this one.

9. Now that you've warmed up the entire genital area with a great massage, you're now going to concentrate on your testicles in particular. Begin by repeating the gentle pulling down of your testicles as described above.

10. Again, repeat this 15-20 times.

11. Now you're going to use your thumb and forefinger to massage and stretch the skin of the testes by gently rolling your thumb and forefinger all around the testicular area - but not the testicles themselves! Obviously, the skin of your testicles will be in between your thumb and finger. Pay particular attention to the area dividing your testicles - right between them.

12. Do this for a period of 5 minutes, pulling on the skin of the testes while massaging with your thumb and forefinger in a circular motion.

That's it! What you can expect when you're finished: Lower hanging testicles! A vibrant, alive feeling in the testicles! This incredible feeling is your perfect indication that you have very successfully achieved better blood-flow and circulation to the genitals!

 This one is fairly simple but very powerful when combined with the other techniques. That is why you are going to learn it first. First we need to see if you know the proper way to breathe. Put your hand on your abdomen and take a deep breath, you should feel your abdomen fill with air and your abdomen expand outward. Your shoulders should not rise. Practice breathing like this until you get it down. When you feel that you are reaching around 7.5 or 8 on the Excitement Scale take a slow deep breath and hold it for a few seconds until the urge to ejaculate subsides. Continue slow deep breathing until your level on the Excitement Scale drops a few points. Warning: don't hold your breath too long you don't want to get dizzy or pass out! 

This technique may or may not work for you depending on how close to your PONR you are, but is very powerful when used in combination with the following techniques. When you feel that you are getting too close to your point of no return, just stop what ever it is you are doing take a deep breath and just wait 20-60 seconds before you resume any form of stimulation. Once you feel that your arousal has dropped a few points on your excitement scale you then can resume stimulation. The key to making this work is to really stop. If you are with a lover you maybe concerned that you will look silly or deprive her of her pleasure. If you use finesse you will be able to apply this technique properly without either of the two happening. The key to doing this is not to let your lover feel isolated during your break.

Repeat until you can confidently and successfully apply the technique to delay your ejaculation and prolong sexual stimulation. You will want to take about 45min. to do this. You should do this alone and without any added stimulation. You should pay attention to every nuance and subtle feeling that you will feel. Start with a limp penis and begin stroking until you are hard. Note each level to your PONR. Move slowly to each higher level as to not get carried away and ejaculate with out trying the technique. When you get to a level of about 6.5 apply the technique: stop, take your hand off of your penis, take a deep breath and hold for a few seconds, slowly let the breath out and relax as your excitement level drops a few point on the scale. Pay very close attention to what you are feeling as this happens. Start stimulating yourself again and repeat the above technique at levels 7.5, 8.5, 9.5. See how close you can get each time without losing your control!

 The Squeeze technique is just what it sounds like: you squeeze your penis with your hand. When feel like you are getting near your PONR you do The Squeeze in combination with the previous Breathing and Stop Method.

When you feel close to your PONR you, stop, pull out, take a deep breath and squeeze your penis hard with your thumb and first two fingers for several seconds. After your excitement level drops a few points you may resume intercourse. The squeeze should be applied either with the first two fingers (this is a flat grip the fingers and thumb do not meet) just below the head of the penis. Another variation is to squeeze you penis at the base instead of just below. This can be done in the same manner described above or by gripping the penis in a ring manner with the thumb and index finger. Try both and see which works best for you. You may also be able to use the last variation of griping the penis at the base without having to pull out, and simply just stopping, taking a deep breath and applying the squeeze to the base of the penis and waiting till the urge to ejaculate subsides.

Repeat until you can confidently and successfully apply the technique to delay your ejaculation and prolong sexual stimulation. You will want to take about 45min. to do this. You should do this alone and without any added stimulation. You should pay attention to every nuance and subtle feeling that you will feel. Start with a limp penis and begin stroking until you are hard. Notice all of the feelings you feel along the way to your PONR. 

Move slowly to each higher level as to not get carried away and ejaculate without trying the technique. When you get to a level of about 6.5 apply the technique: stop, squeeze your penis hard with your thumb and forefingers just below the head or with the ring grip at the base of the penis (I recommend that you try both variations and see which one works best for you), take a deep breath and hold for a few seconds, slowly let the breath out and relax as your excitement level drops a few point on the scale. Pay very close attention to what you are feeling as this happens. Start stimulating yourself again and repeat the above technique at levels 7.5, 8.5, 9.5. See how close you can get each time, then let your self ejaculate and enjoy it!

When, during thrusting, you feel yourself getting closer, cease all movement and press the pubic bone (under your pubic hair) against your mate's pubic bone, thus pushing your penis in all the way. Then both stop moving. When the urgency to ejaculate subsides, start thrusting again. Do this several times in a row. It can also be practiced solo, using your hand instead of a vagina. A variation of this technique is to make several voluntary twitching movements of the penis while you are resting. This can be done by rapidly flexing and relaxing the muscles that control the flow of urine. Try to identify this muscle contraction next time that you urinate. This muscle is known as the PC muscle and it is detailed in the PC section.

These techniques are more mental than physical and since the mind is the greatest sex organ these techniques are very powerful when combined with the ones above. These techniques work by you directing your attention away from your orgasm and onto other sensations, and at the same time keep you fully present in the sexual experience. Change your focus of goal! This is the easiest of them, this is more an attitude than a specific technique. Change your focus and goal from having an orgasm and ejaculation to enjoying and taking in the whole sexual experience (the smell of her hair, the feel of her skin, the way she tastes etc). 

By taking the focus off of ejaculation and putting it on the whole experience, everything you do does not lead to ejaculating, but to enjoying. Changing your focus on the external stimuli of your lover is many times what drives you past the point of no return. It is not just something that you are feeling but also what you are seeing and hearing and what your focus is on. For instance maybe you can last without a problem until you lover starts to moan and scream, and when your hear how excited she is it throws you past the your PONR. Or maybe it's when you see her beautiful full breasts hanging down while you are thrusting into her from behind or any number of things. The point is to identify what it is that drives you past your PONR and then change you focus to something else about your lover. 

Many men change their focus to sport scores or something that turns them off, I personally don't think that you should think of something that you find distasteful or negative to delay your ejaculation as you may accidentally create an association between the two. If you feel that this form of detachment may help you, change your focus to anything pleasant that is non-sexual in nature instead. However, I feel that it is better not to remove yourself from your present sexual experience with your lover. It would be preferable to change your focus to how much you love or care about her, how beautiful she looks, how amazing the experience is, take in the whole experience the ambiance, the mood, feel the sheets etc. Just change you focus to anything that is present except the stimulus that drives you over the edge.

Move slowly to each higher level as to not get carried away and ejaculate without trying the technique. When you get to a level of about 6.5 apply the technique. There are several variations of the PC Flexes method, try them all and see which one works best for you.

- Stop, Flex your PC hard for 2-3 seconds, release (that is one flex). Flex your PC Muscle 3-5 times, take a deep breath as you do the first pump and hold for a few seconds, slowly let the breath out and relax as your excitement level drops a few points on the scale. You may also experience a decrease in your erection. Resume stimulation.

- Stop, Flex your PC Muscle hard for one long pump about 10 seconds, release. Flex your PC Muscle 1-3 times, take a deep breath as you do the first pump and hold for a few seconds, slowly let the breath out and relax as your excitement level drops a few points on the scale. You may also experience a decrease in your erection. Resume stimulation.

- Stop, Flex your PC Muscle hard for 1 second release and do it again quickly, repeat for 5 reps., take a deep breath and hold for a few seconds, slowly let the breath out and relax as your excitement level drops a few points on the scale. You may also experience a decrease in your erection. Resume stimulation.

Pay very close attention to what you are feeling as this happens. Start stimulating yourself again and repeat the above technique at levels 7.5, 8.5, 9.5. See how close you can get each time, then let your self ejaculate and enjoy it!

According to the Taoist philosophy the man represents the Yang (+) force and he has got all the male attributes. The masculine principle is a lot more volatile, faster and more active than the feminine principle, that represents the Yin (-) force. The woman is more passive; her moves are calmer and slower. By comparing the male sexual vigor to the female's one the ancient texts use often the fire and water metaphors.

Fire belongs to Yang and though its action is fast and strong, it is often defeated by water, which is a Yin predominant force. Even in Occident nowadays the ejaculation control is a very important element in sexual intercourse. This is the most important point in the Taoist art of love. Let's take into account some Taoist advices:

1. The beginner has not to be too excited or too passionate, too hasty or in a hurry.

2. The beginner has to learn to penetrate the vagina very slowly (and gently) and to come out suddenly when he feels that ejaculation is imminent.

3. If he feels that the excitement increases too much, he has to stop immediately the thrusts and to withdraw very slowly so that only 1-2 cm remain inside the vagina. He will remain in this position completely still. Then he will breath deeply, will contract his pelvic platform muscles very strongly (the anal sphincters and the PC muscle). He focuses his mind at the same time on the process of holding back his sperm.

Thus he will realize the sublimation and transmuting of the enormous force it contains into psychic, mental and spiritual energies. After this period (that can be 5 - 50 seconds), he can make some moves of gradual, prudent penetration. If he still feels that the excitement is too much he could apply many times the method we described earlier (the blocking method) and even the "three fingers" method before he goes back to the intercourse. The blocking method is also valid for the woman in the case she has problem in controlling the sexual energy. It will be even more efficient if both lovers use it at the same time (even if only one of them is getting close to the orgasm).

4. The one who wants to control his ejaculation has to be careful not to be hasty and have a very strong tenacity.

5. The blocking method that makes the sexual control easier is very efficient but it has to be used instantly and as good as possible, at the right moment. It is better that it takes place sooner than the non-return point than later (when this point has already been overcome and the ejaculation process has been initiated).

The Tantric Buddhism and the Taoism allow the initiated people to control completely the ejaculation through special secret techniques. This process requires an absolute genital-urinary control. Taoists consider that urine and sweat are the manifestations of certain energies that have to be controlled and oriented benefic by the human being. Wise people considered that the one who's got control over the urinary potential has also got control over the sexual potential. There are three very simple, but most efficient methods through which you can get control over sexual and urinary potential. In reference to this connection between the urinary and the genital systems it is a common thing that the embryo has got, till the fourth month of developing, the same urinary and genital apparatus; they develop and become individual later, starting from the same type of tissue. 

It's also worth mentioning that men control harder the urination process as they grow older and lose their sexual vigour. Most of them have a prostate problem. Studies have reached the conclusion that men who have an irregular sexual life, with often ejaculation, are most predisposed to prostate diseases, to urinary incontinence and renal infections.

1. First method consists in fragmented urination, which means in very short jets with a few seconds pause in between. The pause has to be long enough so that the urine flow stops completely. Especially at first jets there will be thrills through your body, especially up your spine. They will feel too strong for the weak ones. These thrills are nothing else but a manifestation of the energy transmuted through the firm and strong contractions of the urinary sphincters. Certain texts suggest that this energy (these "thrills") must be visualized and directed up the spine to the zone in the middle of the forehead.

2. Second method, that we will call the short urine retention, is stronger: when you feel the need to urinate you will relax the urinary sphincters and contract them immediately, firmly before the urine to come out of the bladder. It's a method that requires a very good control and it will be practiced only at toilet at first. Exercises are being done usually before urination (that has to be fragmented, of course). Obviously we will approach it gradually, without forcing it.

These two techniques are very efficient and it is better to be used permanently, transforming the common act of urination into a part of our daily training for harmonizing again the sexual energy, to obtain control or to maintain a perfect state of health and vigour.

- Amplifying of the Yang energy inside the being (solar, masculine, of control)
- Increasing and refreshing the whole organism
- Increasing the power of will
- Maintaining easily the erotic continence

By fragmenting 70 times the jet at every urination for three weeks you will take advantage of improving a lot of affections and genital-urinary dysfunctions, you will notice the increasing and harmonizing the sexual appetite. If you will also direct and visualize the resulted energy from transmuting the urinary potential up the spine you will notice an increasing of your mental capacities, of your ability to focus. Some other secrets about fragmented urination and short urinary retention. 

When you feel tired after an involuntary loss of sexual potential through ejaculation, urinate fragmented in as many jets as you can (ideally more than 70) and during the technique relax your body and feel the energetic thrills. You will feel fully refreshed. In order to improve your sleep, to eliminate bad dreams and nightmares, to shorten the sleeping period, to eliminate the morning lack of vigour, urinate fragmented or use the technique of urinary retention before going to sleep. In order to use the two techniques evoke a state of will and firmness before you use them.
